Nickie and Paul are both fantastic. They looked after Tiny beautifully. Fabulous facilities. She had her own TV, a selection of beds and blankets and lots of exciting things to see out of the window. In fact, she enjoyed it so much she didn’t want to come out of her igloo when I came to collect her. By far the best thing is being able to check in and see what she was up to on her webcam! Loved it! Next 2 holidays booked in already. Thank you for everything and being so accommodating at short notice. Emma x

Thank you so much to Nickie and Paul for looking after Lottie while we were away. The Paddocks is beautiful 5* accommodation for cats. Every detail has been so well thought out and it is so reassuring to go away knowing that your cat will be cared for so well. Nickie and Paul have obviously been very patient with our slightly cautious puss who can take her time to make new friends and we returned to a happy relaxed cat. Thank you so much, a truly fantastic place. I would highly recommend this as the most wonderful place to send your treasured cat. It was wonderful to see my cat so relaxed and looked after, and I felt so reassured that she was in such a beautiful calm place. The rooms are 1st class and there are lots of beautiful dens, beds and sofas. We watched her at night and saw her being looked after. So happy and she has come home looking so well. Thank you so much again I wouldn’t send my cat anywhere else.

I can’t praise, Nickie & Paul, enough at The Paddocks. The care they gave to my two very precious sphinx Saski and Pagan was second to none and I wouldn’t let them go anywhere else. What an absolutely beautiful place it is with their own TV, night light show and luxurious beds and blankies…Ooh and a Sunday roast. It was lovely being able to see how happy they were on the WiFi that is set up in their room. Thank you both so much and how lovely to know that I can go on holiday with peace of mind knowing my babies are with people who will love and look after them as much as I do. Very very highly recommended.

My cat has stayed at the hotel during the Christmas period and I cannot thank the owners nearly enough for their... kindness and hospitality.I've been really scared leaving my kitten behind in a hotel for as long as 2 weeks, since it was her first holiday away from me. However, the owners did a fantastic job and put a lot of effort into making her (and to be fair - me) feel happy and comfortable. They sent me a lot of updates, pictures and were very responsive about everything. Really wonderful people! Would recommend to anyone 🙂read more

Wonderful cat hotel. Didn't worry once about Eddie whilst we were away. The rooms are clean and well laid out with... different levels for the cats to use. The owners are clearly cat lovers and a couple of times when we were watching the camera Paul walked past and said hi to Eddie - sounds minor but it just showed how much they care! Won't go anywhere else in future, in fact I think Eddie is quite keen to return!read more

We had been looking forward to our holiday for the past 3 years. Two years ago we adopted my daughter's kitten,... Eric.We did our homework on all Cat Hotels close to Wigan and although 20 miles away, decided upon The Paddocks - Luxury Cat Hotel.From our initial visit we felt Eric would be safe and cared for by Nickie and Paul, and were very impressed by the luxury accommodation.I was anxious to leave Eric for 17 days but I knew I could watch him on the webcam. Eric is an outdoor cat and Nickie reasurred me he would probably just relax and recharge his batteries.When we collected Eric he looked in better condition than when we left him. Even my friend said , "How svelte his coat was!" ? Ha-ha. He was hiding from me but allowed Paul to pop him back in his carrier.Without a doubt, we would not hesitate for Eric to stay at The Paddocks again and highly recommend this caring, luxury resort.Thank you so much Nickie and Paul.Hope to see you again.Jane, Joe and Eric Dickinson.read more

Booked our 9 month old kitten in for 16 days. Was really anxious about leaving her but was put totally at ease by... Nickie and didn't feel rushed to drop her off. Was invited to bring Jet into the room and let her get settled in before leaving her. The webcam is a great idea and could see she was perfectly fine. In fact she was fascinated by her neighbours she could peer in to.Would not hesitate in a heartbeat to use again or recommended to others. The room & grounds are clean, comfortable & plenty of stimulation. The owners are lovely and can tell this more than just a business for them. Thank you for looking after Jet so well.read more

This is honestly the best place to put your cats when you need to. The staff are incredible, professional and so... lovely. It is without a doubt a luxury cat hotel, the rooms are beautiful, clean and perfect for cats. The ability to be able to check in on the webcam is such a great add on and puts you at ease whilst away. My cat is a sassy stray rescue and normally doesn't chill and causes chaos in catteries, but from checking the webcam and the end of stay review she was as good as can be, it will be the only place I now take her knowing she will be well looked after and be able to chill when I'm away. Amazing service from start to finish, if you are looking for a cattery look no further this is the best of the best.read more

Left kitten and 2 parents cats for hols. Felt safe and comfortable place to leave precious cargo. An amazing hotel for cats. Very clean and lovely caring people. We were able to watch our cat on our iphone anytime we... wanted while away. They have toys,a chair,shelves and even a tv with cartoons! Would definitely recommend for peace of mind,we'll be back with Sherry!read more

Very good cattery - one that our three cats seem less stressed about than some of the places we've used in the past.... Great new clean facilities and flexible arrangements, and the ability to watch your cats over the internet is something that I'm very surprised other catteries haven't taken up. Definitely not the cheapest cattery around, but a bargain if only for relaxed cats whilst we're away.read more
