Hi, I’m Nickie. A lifelong love of cats has led to us accomplishing our dream of opening a luxury cat hotel providing as much visual stimulation and home comfort for your cherished pet as possible.
Having been surrounded by a variety of animals since a very young age I have a passion and affinity for all wildlife. Cats, dogs, horses, goats, rabbits and hamsters have all been family members over the years and horses and cats, in particular, will always feature in my life.
I had a weekend job in a veterinary practice as a teenager and have achieved a qualification in Feline First Aid and Feline Behaviour and Psychology to compliment my hands-on experience of caring for cats with a range of medical conditions. I have provided temporary foster care for Horse and Pony Protection Association and have homed a companion pony from World Horse Welfare for the last 9 years.
In addition, I have many years of experience managing a successful solicitors practice with a background in customer service and regulatory compliance.
PAUL DEAN: Paul my husband, grew up with cats and dogs from a young age and has always had a love and understanding of animals. Paul has a talent for taming stray and feral cats who seem to gravitate towards him. Over the years, 5 stray or feral cats have moved into our home and become family members having initially appeared at either Pauls work premises or in our garden watching him from a distance.
