Nearer the time of arrival we would be grateful if you could provide us with an indication of what time you expect to arrive and depart. This enables us to make checking in and out a smooth process and prevents queues or delays. We would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance if these arrangements need to be changed.

Visitors
We respectfully request that all visitors to our cat hotel refrain from stroking or petting any of our guests.
This request is in place to protect our guests from potential external infection and to protect our visitors from injury.
Vaccination Requirements
All cats accepted into our cat hotel must show a valid up to date vaccination record against Feline Influenza and Feline Enteritis or a current Titre certificate, at each visit. We cannot accept any guests without these documents.
We also recommend that cats are vaccinated against Feline Leukaemia Virus.
All vaccinations/annual boosters must be given a minimum of 14 days before the arrival date. If your cat has a vaccination within 14 days prior to entering the cattery we are not permitted to look after your cat (this is because the vaccination contains a live virus which will stay in your cats system for up to 14 days afterwards so your cat would be bringing cat flu into the cattery which can put all the other cats health at risk)
There will be no exceptions to this rule.
Please note; only vaccinated kittens can be accepted. We are also unable to accept un-neutered male cats over the age of 4 months.
Fleas & Worms
We request that all guests are treated against flea infestation BEFORE
arrival for their stay. Fleas spread rapidly among cats and can be easily detected by combing the cat and by small black deposits on their bedding. All guests will be inspected on arrival.
We reserve the right to apply flea treatment to any guest found to have a flea infestation on arrival or if flea treatments are not up to date. The cost of treatment will be charged to the owner.
Please note; flea collars are not considered adequate protection.
For Flea Treatment (Frontline charge £5 per dose). We request that all guests are treated against worm infestation BEFORE arrival for their stay.
We reserve the right to apply worm treatment to any guest found to have worm infestation during their stay or if worming treatments are not up to date.
The cost of treatment will be charged to the owner. Worming
Treatment (Drontal £4 charge per dose) Male Cats. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any male guests over the age of nine months, who are not neutered, as they could present an infection hazard to other guests.
Illnesses and Vets
We cannot accept any guest suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, an infectious or contagious disease.
All guests will be inspected on arrival, but we reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing any signs of ill health pending advice from our veterinary surgeon. This is essential in order to protect and safeguard the health of other guests.
Veterinary services will be arranged should this be necessary during your cat’s stay. If any client prefers their cat to be seen by their usual vet, please discuss this with us prior to arrival.

If any cat is not collected within 14 days of the stated departure date and no communication received either from the owner or their agent, we reserve the right to re-home the animal.
